[Mjpeg-users] is there any difference between mpeg2enc -f8 and -f9?

I was looking at the source code, and I don't see any difference.  Also, 
when I use cmp -l on the output, it appears to be the same!  I have 
version 1.6.1.90.

Maybe I haven't had enough sleep?
