It is a bit weird. Basically, these numbers are computed fairly roughly (they 
are only for user feedback) and a subtle Bug causing different in the points 
at which samples are taken can cause this result.  The effect is completely 
harmless as the numbers are not used for the actual multiplexing, only to 
give the user some guides as to the characteristics of their video stream(s).

I've now put a modification in the next release candidate that should 
eliminate this effect .
