Hi Al, This is harmless it simply mplex saying that the last frame of mpeg audio (a very hundredths of a second of audio) was not completely present in the MP2 file you multiplexed. This is very common if you re-multiplex stuff 'ripped' from existing MPEG streams as the 'frames' don't align with the 'sectors' of an MPEG stream. However: if you are encoding audio to MP2 using mp2enc or lame there may be a subtle bug lurking someplace.
