Found some information on chipdir (http://www.fer.nu/chipdir/)
The SDT means that the IC comes from ITT (=Micronas) or Motorola. 

On the other hand the 7132 would mean that it is a 2k*8 Dual-Port SRAM

Whow does the IS look like ? Nuber of Pins ....
Or you could send me a picture from the DC20 or the IC if you have a
digital camera.

BTW: Had anyone success. Recoding from the DC30 at full size without
framedrops for a longer (>1min) time ?
