Oh, how mortifying --- I added the CVD preset a month ago, but I guess
I did not do a great job testing it.

In cut'n'paste haste, I copied the SAR from the SVCD preset to the CVD one.
(Thankfully, the clipping/padding/region-sizing logic wasn't the culprit;
it was just doing the best it could given what it was told.)
