Yeah, I've got that part down.  It's just a matter of what size the video
should be pre-scaled.

Actually, Microsoft's player (at least the one that ships w/ Win2K) will
not play out-of-range MPEG1's.  You have to install an MPEG2 codec.
However, anyone who has a DVD player like WinDVD has the proper codec
installed in WMP.
