Yes, that is an option but not a good one, as Michael Tam mentions in this guides. 
Primarily because when I start with Entrypoint 1 and press Next when I am between 
Entrypoint 1 and Entrypoint 2, it goes to Entrypoint 2 not 3! i.e. depending on where 
you start playback from, the next/previous buttons behave differently!

Oh well. I thought that similar to the avimerge and oggmerge utilities, there might be 
a mpegmerge as well!
