Can someone tell me what are the optimal mpeg2enc/mplex settings when encoding animated video from a DVD? Animation is nothing but a bunch of jpegs i.e essentially motion-jpegs! The very essence of mjpegtools!
So I would guess there are a set of magic switches that will give me optimal quality (high bitrate) with minimal MPEG filesize when encoding to a XVCD?
