Errrr.... what gave you the idea mplex multiplexes subtitles? It wouldn't be hard to add (most of the bits and pieces needed are in place) but its not supported. The main hassle is finding some way of telling mplex *when* in the stream each subtitle should appear (unlike audio or video streams the raw subtitles do not have complete timing information embedded).
