Yes. Using mencoder with 'mjpeg' as end format. It's one of the lavc codecs. > 2) is it possible to have the picture fill the TV screen? I suppose it doesn't dec-scale it, which lavplay does, so then you'd want to use lavplay instead. However, you might also want to rescale while re-encoding to full-PAL/NTSC... Both solutions work.
