yuv2divx was (relatively) recently removed.  It was difficult to maintain
properly and duplicated two other much better efforts at the functionality
(mplayer/mencode and transcode).  There are scripts that show you how to
wrap both of these in the current CVS.  ( lav2avi.sh and lavtc.bash )
Neither of them is command-line compatible with yuv2divx, though.  (the one
I wrote (lavtc.bash) is closer, I think, and it definitely tries to be a
utility that users can use directly.  But it was never intended as a drop in
replacement).

(linuxstudio probably needs an update eventually)
