You cannot do that and the log tells you why. You cannot have still images as sequences. In other words, you cannot use vcdxgen, you have to build your XML by some other method, adding your stills as segment items and include some navigation (prev/next/return/etc.). You can also create short videos from your stills and place them as sequences, but you can only have 98 of them and you cannot use the high resolution available to stills. Doing the processing and producing the XML is extremely tedious. I happen to have written scripts to automate it and will be up on sourceforge somewhere soon.
