Those people should install a mpeg2 player. Most dvd player play back
every MPEG2 video. If they don'T have a DVD drive they should install
videolan client, a free an very good mpeg player
(http://www.videolan.net/vlc/) There are precompiled binaries for MAC OS
X, and Windoze.

To you have toolame installed ?
Maybe you have to change the script to use mp2enc.
Or try if you can runn the command in the shell that will produce
something mor readable.
