Those people should install a mpeg2 player. Most dvd player play back every MPEG2 video. If they don'T have a DVD drive they should install videolan client, a free an very good mpeg player (http://www.videolan.net/vlc/) There are precompiled binaries for MAC OS X, and Windoze.
