Yes, the box filter output is very ugly. Also notice that the linear and
quadratic scalers are the fastest on my hardware (box is called "the
fastest" in the y4mscaler manpage).

The "time" number is for time consumed to encode the input sample,
who has 1500 frames. Have a 800 MHz PIII Coppermine.

I've updated results pictures. Now "time" and "filesize" are ranked,
and also removed useless resample filter for SVCD test.
