I have been happily using an old version of the DC10+ driver for a few
years on Redhat 6.2. I finally got round to building a freevo PC and now I
want to use my DC10+ with it, plu 6.2 is getting a little old! Its
running Redhat 9 (cue signs to ward off evil).

Looking through the archives I seen people have come across VM
related Redhat 9 compilation errors before. Is there any way these could
be fixed? Could the driver be told the kernel version is 2.5? I gave up
running custom compiled kernels quite a while ago when I realised they
always casued me a lot of hassle and I always found another way round the
problem and went back to a stock kernel.

Failing a fix for version 0.9.4 and Redhat 9 could someone suggest an
older version that would work? I am not too bothered about having the
latest version as the previous version I have been using dates back to
late 2000.

Any help greatly appriciated.
Tim
