Thanks to Ronald, it seems I've got capture working on my Buz. I'm trying to improve my reliability, and this is what I was thinking about. This is my /proc/interrupts:
CPU0 0: 22060206 XT-PIC timer 1: 16076 XT-PIC keyboard 2: 0 XT-PIC cascade 5: 1 XT-PIC ohci1394 9: 0 XT-PIC acpi 11: 296619 XT-PIC usb-ohci, eth0 12: 49558 XT-PIC advansys 14: 278668 XT-PIC ide0 15: 277017 XT-PIC usb-ohci, EMU10K1, Buz[0] NMI: 0 ERR: 0 So it looks like I have plenty of free IRQ's, and yet my Buz is sharing the interrupt with the soundcard and the USB bus. Wouldn't it perform better if I gave it its own IRQ? Problem is, I have no idea how to do that. Would it be done on the BIOS? Or does the Linux kernel override that? The soundcard worries me the most, since I'll be obviously capturing audio while the Buz is running. -- []'s Bruno Barreyra [EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Does your code think in ink?
