Hi all, I've finally successfully created an svcd - thanks for the help.
My question now is concerning bit-rate. I've watched many svcds, some of which are 2 hour movies that come on 3 disks, yet are within spec - my hw player refuses anything even slightly over spec... My first successful attempt was a 1:41 movie - yet my total output was under 1 Gig! This leads me to wonder if mpeg2enc attempts to use the maximum allowable bits when using f 4? If not, must i use f 5 to achieve this?
