cvsm is a spelling mistake, replace it with CVS. 
And in the CVS there is yuvfps.

I did not mention it in the current doku because the doku was written
for 1.6.* relase. And there I think describing tools that don't exist
will no make much sense. 

In the next release of the doku, I'l describe yuvfps, y4mshift and
yuvcorrect.
