[Mjpeg-users] won't autogen.sh

Hello,

in order to install mjpeg tools, I had to get the latest automake and autoconf. I installed them, but I get errors while './autogen.sh'

You should add the contents of `/usr/share/aclocal/libtool.m4' to `aclocal.m4'.
