Am I correct if I say that the HP dvd200i is a DVD+R/RW writer ?
If yes read the mjpeg-howto (on SF): Section Creating DVD's.
There you find a nice example and a link to the DVD+RW/+R for Linux
page. 
Or go directly there: http://fy.chalmers.se/~appro/linux/DVD+RW/, but
you still should read the howto.

You should use that programms if you have a dvd+rw writer.
