Won't work, RedHat mysteriously removed some include files (version.h,
config.h, some others) from the headers in the kernel internally.
Because of that, it doesn't compile. Using an kernel.org kernel fixes
it. It wouldn't work anyway, since RedHat's 2.4.18 uses the 2.4.19
videoedv system and they're incompatible. Using the new ZORAN_VIDEODEV_2
branch should fix this. 2.4.20 + gcc-3.2 @ redhat-8.0 works for me.
