Hallo > Here's an article on slashdot to answer the recently asked question. > > http://slashdot.org/articles/02/12/11/0238200.shtml?tid=137 The Box you mention. Is very nice :-)
But I would not say that it is was built as a PVR. They wanted to build as a digial satelite receiver. But it runns Linux and has a Ethernet Port and the ability to install a typical IDE HD. Maybe I will buy the digital sat receiver. When it stores the data to the disk I would guess that it stores digital Broadcast (MPEG2) to the disk. auf hoffentlich bald, Berni the Chaos of Woodquarter Email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [EMAIL PROTECTED] www: http://www.lysator.liu.se/~gz/bernhard ------------------------------------------------------- This sf.net email is sponsored by: With Great Power, Comes Great Responsibility Learn to use your power at OSDN's High Performance Computing Channel http://hpc.devchannel.org/ _______________________________________________ Mjpeg-users mailing list [EMAIL PROTECTED] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/mjpeg-users
