I'm not sure if that is a good idea. SSDs are Flash memory and have a limited read/write cycle. The firmware tries to optimize this by not always writing to the same address. But since it seems that you want to use it for a high-volume mail server this will have an impact. Better check the Web for some wear&tear tests of this drive... kind regards, Robert
