Hi Topaz,
you could try to install OpenBSD from an usb key
(http://azbsd.org/~marco/openbsd/flashkeyinstaller/)

Or if you have a usb floppy drive, you can use :
http://ftp.openbsd.org/pub/OpenBSD/4.7/i386/floppy47.fs
