Ok, thanks for the info.

Meanwhile I use a patch login_ldap: after successfull getting the user
dn and successfull bind to the ldap-server (user is now authenticated)
the login_ldap now calls a post-auth script. This then adds then querys
all user attributes and adds the user locally. Not elegant, but it works.
