I just rebuild my samba file server and noticed that disklabel reports all my
hard drive's rpm at 3600 although all of them support higher speeds. How come?
Is it reported incorrectly or do I need to manually set the rpm using
disklabel to optimize the speed? Or is there another reason and I shouldn't
touch it?
Another side question I have, is there any drawback to put the OS on a slower
drive like I did there? dmesg and dislabel reports are below.
