Hi All,

I want to try OpenBSD as my desktop at home. I am currently using Debian with zfs-fuse on my two 1TB disks as ZFS mirror. ZFS is good for my data because of the checksum and compression ability but it cost to much memory and there isn't nice license :)

Have you any suggestion about software RAID 1 and data checksum for OpenBSD (compression is good feature but I do not really need it)? I didn't find information if there is any checksum ability in softraid(4) or raid(4) (or any other utility for checksum)?

Thanks in advance,
Jindra
