All of this exists in the base operating system. Please read:

        ifconfig(8)
        vlan(4)
        hostname.if(5)
        pf(4)
        pfctl(8)
        pf.conf(5)
        route(8)
        networks(5)

If you're looking for some kind of pointy-clicky-gui nonsense to dumb
things down, then you're probably using the wrong operating system.
