Looking at http://www.oesf.org/forum/lofiversion/index.php/t20116.html it seems this card probably has no firmware onboard, in which case it's very likely it has no EEPROM, which would mean you need some way to load firmware into RAM after booting/resuming. OpenBSD doesn't currently support loading firmware for PRISM devices. And I think for most people it's of limited use to do this - most PRISM cards do have firmware. So it would really need somebody who has the hardware, who wants to make it work badly enough that they write support for it, rather than just sell the card and buy a different one (e.g. Senao, Canon, Ambicom, Pretec, etc).
