Hi, while playing around with the latest code as of today, off of CVS's HEAD, I find that it sometimes takes considerable time to establish a connection to a static peer, and while negotiating, the two isakmpds sometimes send "NO_PROPOSAL_CHOSEN" to each other. After a while, it suddenly works. Normally, the connection should come up immediately after one proposal packet from each isakmpd.
Both sides are OpenBSD -current amd64, but one side is about a week older. I don't recall this behaviour from earlier versions of OpenBSD. -- Kind regards, --Toni++
