Most likely, the installation process will recognize your multi-core system
as
being multi-processor and will copy bsd.mp to /bsd for you. If so, you will
find a /bsd.sp as well. Check your dmesg and you will see the specific
assigning
of your cores/processors.

Go by the number of cores. I believe OpenBSD supports up to 16 processors or
cores?
