True, but even with 100C core temps the heat sink will probably be nowhere close to that.

My apologies if following my advice would have changed your thumbprint.

If the core temp is 100, then the heatsink will still be hot enough to burn. If the core is 40 (as a previous poster indicated for a loaded system) then
the heatsink will be comfortably warm.
