I have a crossover cable. Between Windows and Linux machines, the cable works
fine all the time. With two OpenBSD boxes (one stable the other current) the
connection works sometimes. I'm no network guru, but I believe this should
work:

box1 hostname.nfe0 = inet 10.0.0.1 255.255.255.0

box2 hostname.lii0 = inet 10.0.0.2 255.255.255.0

There is no /etc/mygate and no other active interfaces going. The connection
worked once or twice over the last few days. Most recently, I did a 4GB scp
from one box to the other. I Rebooted and it stopped working. I'm pulling my
hair out here. I know nfe is crappy, undocumented Nvidia garbage, could that
be it?

Any advice?

IRT
