So how have you done that in the applications that you've written? Have you sent patches to those application authors, following what you've done yourself? You keep using that word "applications" without actually saying *what* programs are involved. Programs in the OpenBSD base? Programs from ports? Other programs? What error messages have they generated? Under what circumstances? Where are the *DETAILS* of your problem? Ah.
