I currently have a MegaRAID 8X, and the 48-bit LBA limits logical drives to 2TB. I can't speak for the other LSI offerings, but this would definitely be something to check into depending on your needs. In my case, I need something larger, and am currently looking at an ARC-1220 to replace it. Areca products seem to be well supported, although I welcome someone to disprove this statement - as I'm in the market for a new card. -William
