does anyone have recommendations for navigation software that will run "offline" ie no internet access on my netbook; I want to build one into my van. I know something like osm-gps-map + gpsd + GPSmouse will show me where I am, which is halfway there... that could possibly be augmented with a pre-created trace of the route; but it would be much more useful if it were dynamic.
