Would you mind explaining why you think you need an FTP server, and why http, webdav, rsync, scp, and sftp are not options? (Simple answers like "Management told me to do so, or I would lose my job" do suffice. But management tends to have more clue if they are letting you run OpenBSD). I ask because the answers I keep hearing lately involve legacy Windows software or legacy procedures for end users.
