Hello,
I would like to migrate from screen to tmux. May be I'm to tired ...
but, I've been trying to detach from a tmux session without success,
using "CTRL-b + d" results in exiting the session not detaching it.
(I'm holding "CTRL and B", and the I press D", I have to press several
times as nothing happens and after a few times the session is of course
excited, like if I wouldn't hold the B key ... :-/ )
1) I'm launching tmux:
$ tmux new
2) from another terminal:
$ tmux list-session
0: 1 windows (created Tue Jul 7 11:24:07 2009) [157x42] (attached)
3) now trying to detach pressing (CTRL-b + D) from within tmux:
[exited]

4) $ tmux list-session
server not found: No such file or directory
I tried mapping to another key, but same results, none of the default
key bindings works for me ... except the "?" help :-)).
