I believe I've been to dinner with Arien. I went to dinner with someone from AMS-IX and Livio Ricciulli when both were in town to present AMS-IX experience using the MetaNetworks/Force10 hardware. I believe it was at an Internet2 conference. Anyway, it was an intersting piece of hardware, but it seems a bit of an orphan at Force10. JC, yes it can do line rate 10G filtering without over clocking.
