Why are you afraid?Iran is a nice country. Don't know how in Iran,but here in Czech Republic you don't need credit card to use PayPal.You just register at their site (I'm not sure if Iran is approved,but you know,idiots are everywhere,even in country of "Freedom" :-)) and you needn't to have your account verified and we can then send money trough our bank account to one bank in Czech Republic which then send money to PayPal on your account.
