You don't want Pentium D's.  They're far slower than core 2 duo's and
generate more heat.  If you are running OpenBSD you are about as well
protected as you can be, wrt cpu bugs.  If you are really concerned about
this, get an amd64 and live with those cpu bugs.  Sadly we have entered
the relm of severe cpu problems.
