This is highly confusing.
It is clear that the "discount" price had been paid (even in advance).
But then what is the purpose of this "discount" if the reseller
has to pay the difference anyway?
Does this mean that everybody who bought CDs at this "discount"
rate over the past 10 years has to cough up the 40% back now?
