May I suggest a compromise? It sounds like many cannot afford the CDs and shipping, and most who spend money on the CDs are motivated to do so by the art and stickers. Assuming that a flat envelope will cost far less to ship to Brazil than will a CD, why not offer to send just the booklet and/or stickers in response to some appropriate minimum donation?
