Hi, this sounds a lot like what i had on my Thinkpad X200, but i am just guessing. (Screen of 1280x800, tiled because of an additional lower resolution ouput detected by X.) But i "guess" it worked for you on the same hardware before... Did you try another windowmanager and get the same problem? Can you show us the output of xrander? What hardware are you running on? - Robert
