I do not recall the tool, or one you could use, but perhaps something could be written based off the yacc grammar*? Have it output {svg,xmi,dot} or something. I know that there are tools in perl/CPAN to build a parser from a yacc grammar which might be helpful if you're more of a perl than C coder. * /usr/src/sbin/pfctl/parse.y
