Old Compaq Remote Insight Lights Out boards will work in any machine that still has a PCI slot. You can control the power with the right cable if you wire it into the power button. They can be found on eBay for $5-20, make sure you get the external keyboard cable otherwise you won't be able to do remote console. (Well, you'll be able to *see* the console...) You'll also need the external power supply if you want to power-cycle the machine remotely.
