You would think, I know!  I have psql, pg_ctl, pg_standby, 
pg_controldata, pg_resetxlog, pgbench, postgres, but no pg_dump, 
pg_dumpall, or pg_restore.

pkg_info shows:

postgresql-client-8.3.3 PostgreSQL RDBMS (client)
postgresql-contrib-8.3.3 PostgreSQL RDBMS contributions
postgresql-server-8.3.3 PostgreSQL RDBMS (server)

I'm at a loss.
