Hi.

I'm running 4.4-current (GENERIC.MP).  When I power on the system
and boot, the dmesg shows a pretty high frequency for CPU0 (2562 MHz).
CPU1 shows what I would expect (2135 MHz).

If I reboot, the dmesg shows normal values again for both cores (see
results below).  It seems to stay this way between reboots.  As soon
as I power off and on again, CPU0 shows the high frequency number.

I searched the archives for answers, but was unable to find anything.
