I'd get a replacement and if you can afford it,... submit a hardware sample fo one of the dev's that like playing with wireless drivers. Personally I'm lucky all my hardware works (spend a fair bit of time making sure of that though) so I haven't come across something I need to submit hardware for a driver for.
