I've got Linux, Windows, Mac clients all connecting fine. I have heard that IPSec on OpenBSD over the past few releases has gotten much easier to work with. Lots of doc's on the openvpn web site to help. I've also seen some Howto's for OpenBSD specifically. But with any of these, it is really important to understand why you are doing something.
